Nature of Our Products

• We sell used engines, transmissions, and auto parts only
• All parts are inspected and tested before shipping
• Normal wear is expected on used parts
• Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase

What Is Not Covered

• Labor or installation charges
• Towing or transportation costs
• Rental vehicle expenses
• Damage caused by improper installation or misuse

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be approved only if the part is defective, damaged during shipping, or shipped incorrectly due to our error. All claims must be reported and approved before any return is sent.

Return Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unmodified, and in the same condition as received.

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned part is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Electrical components, special-order parts, and items damaged due to misuse, modification, or improper installation are non-refundable. Shipping charges may also be non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
